Meet Dennis

I was born and raised in Seattle but have lived in Redmond with my wife for nearly 34 years. We have been blessed with two amazing children.
Our family has attended Timberlake Church for much of that time and has served our church, local community, and the world in many capacities over the years.
My work life has had many chapters:
- Worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska beginning in high school.
- Joined the United States Air Force and served 5 years before being honorably discharged.
- I returned to the state of Washington to attend Gonzaga University and earned my Bachelor of Business Administration.
- After graduating, I moved back to the Seattle area for a position with a construction company where I spent nearly 10 years learning all aspects of running a business.
- I have founded or co-founded construction, manufacturing, and consulting businesses.
- Earned a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University.
- Pivoted to an 11-year career with The Boeing Company as a financial analyst.
My varied career has allowed me to hone skills in finance, management, service, commitment, a strong work ethic, perseverance, and modest success, and makes me uniquely qualified for this position.
Today, in addition to leading LD48 and still working full time, I am now running for office in the upcoming Legislative District No. 48, State Representative Position No. 1 race with an August primary. I will bring a fresh, conservative perspective to a position which has been dominated by legislators proposing the same failed policies: ever-increasing taxes, bigger government, and more control of our daily lives while failing to protect individual liberties.
I humbly ask for your support and vote.
